4 small cabbages or 1 large head of cabbage
1 diced onion
1 crushed garlic clove
1 tablespoon of butter to sauté
0.5 kg of ground beef
6 slices of pork rind cut into cubes
1/2 cup of tomato sauce
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
2 cups of beef broth
Shredded cheese for sprinkling
Salt and black pepper to taste

Wash the cabbage and remove its core with a knife
Sauté the onion and garlic in butter until softened
Add the ground beef and sauté until it starts browning
Add the chopped pork rind and mix well
Add the tomato sauce, salt, pepper, and cook until all excess liquid is gone and the filling has a creamy consistency
Stuff the cabbages with the filling
Sprinkle with shredded cheese and cook in a pot with beef broth until tender
