In a saucepan, melt the butter, cook the onion until golden and mix in the flour
Cook without stopping until the flour is golden
Add the tomato paste and gradually add the hot milk, stirring constantly until it thickens
Mix in the cream cheese, salt, and pepper
Grease a baking dish with butter, layer macaroni, prosciutto, and sauce
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15 minutes or until golden.
