4 sweet potatoes, sliced

Fry the bacon in butter
Remove excess fat and combine with sweet potato and onion
Cook for 3 minutes and add half of the heavy cream
Cook for an additional 5 minutes
Remove from heat, add remaining ingredients
Transfer to a greased baking dish and bake at low heat for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
