1 cup (1/2 gallon) of milk

300g of grated Minas cheese
3/4 cup of creamy caramel sauce for serving

Combine milk, oil, eggs, salt, and corn flour in a blender
Blend until smooth and pour into a bowl
Add grated Minas cheese and mix gently with a wooden spoon
Pour the mixture into buttered muffin tin cups and arrange on a baking sheet
Bake in a medium oven until golden brown and starting to brown
Remove from the oven and, using a small bag with a tiny nozzle, drizzle a little of the creamy caramel sauce onto each piece
Serve immediately
