1 medium cooked and chopped broccoli (use only the florets)

3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
1/2 cup of light mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of salt
6 slices of low-fat cheddar cheese, preferred

In a medium bowl, combine the broccoli, onion, egg white, oatmeal, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, and salt
Mix well
Shape 6 fine burgers with the bowl mixture
Coat your hands with breadcrumbs and shape the burgers
Place the burgers in a greased baking dish and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for a few minutes until golden brown (flip halfway)
Add 2 slices of low-fat cheddar cheese over 3 burgers
On top of the cheese, place another burger
Bake again until the cheese melts.
