2 medium ripe avocados
lime juice
2 medium tomatoes
1 tablespoon of garlic
1/2 teaspoon of salt
to taste
1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
3 green onions finely chopped
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 cup of cooked shrimp (or canned tuna)

Cut the avocados in half
Remove the pit
Remove all the pulp from the avocado and cut into cubes
Rub the shells with lime juice and reserve
Mix the remaining ingredients and fill the avocado shells
Serve chilled
