Dough:

Filling:
10 chopped sausages (almost mashed)
1 chopped onion
1/2 cup green olive, chopped
150g shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons cream cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped tomato for seasoning
1 egg beaten for brushing

In a bowl, combine the flour, milk, butter, salt, and yeast
Work the dough until it is smooth
Let it rest for 25 minutes
Filling:
In a separate bowl, place the sausage, onion, green olive, mozzarella cheese, and cream cheese
Season with salt, pepper, and chopped tomato
Roll out the dough, spread the filling, and roll it up like a log
Brush with beaten egg
Place in an ungreased baking dish and bake at 200°C for 30 minutes or until golden brown
Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving
