Dough:
1 cup of milk, 3 eggs, 2 packets of creamy cheese (type Polenguinho), 1/2 cup of olive oil, 1 cup of wheat flour, 1 teaspoon of salt,
Fillings:
2 tomato halves, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, Salt and oregano to taste, 150g of ham diced, 1 medium onion in slices, 150g of mozzarella shredded, 2 packets of creamy cheese (type Polenguinho)

Dough:
Preheat the oven to 180°C
No blender, beat milk, eggs, cheese, olive oil, wheat flour, and salt. Reserve
Fillings:
Marinate tomatoes with olive oil, salt, and oregano
In a 25cm diameter baking dish, spread half of the dough, then add ham, tomato, onion, mozzarella, and creamy cheese in pieces
Spread the remaining dough, leaving the center of the cake free
Bake for 25 minutes or until the surface is golden
