Mozzarella dough
2 and 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 packet (15g) of active dry yeast
1 cup of warm water
1 teaspoon of salt
Stuffing
2 tablespoons of olive oil
300g of chicken breast, cut into cubes
2 diced tomatoes, seeds removed
1/2 cup of grated provolone cheese
1/2 cup of chopped green olives
Salt, pepper, and diced onion to taste
For brushing
1 egg, beaten

In a bowl, combine the flour with olive oil
Dissolve the yeast in warm water and mix into the flour
Add salt and knead the dough until it becomes uniform and smooth
Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes
Knead again and divide into three parts
With a rolling pin, open each part, forming discs
Stuffing
Heat olive oil in a pan and cook chicken cubes
Remove from heat and let cool
Add tomato, provolone cheese, and green olives
Season with salt, pepper, and onion to taste
Stuff the discs, fold them in half, and seal edges
Purpose egg, place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 200°C for 30 minutes or until golden brown
