1 kg of cooked and mashed sweet potato

Mix the sweet potato, cornstarch, butter, eggs, milk, yeast, flour, and cheese together until well combined
Shape into a cohesive mass
Create a layer
with half of that mass in an oiled refractory dish, cover with ham and mozzarella
Spread the remaining mass on top and bake in a medium preheated oven for 20 minutes.
