In a large pot filled with boiling salted water, cook the spaghetti until al dente
Meanwhile, in a large skillet with olive oil, add the garlic, bell pepper, and oregano and sauté until starting to brown
Add the clams, squid, and white wine
Cover the skillet, season, and let it simmer for 3 minutes, or until the clam shells open (discard any that remain closed)
Drain the pasta, combine with the sauce, and add parsley
