1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
Prepare the polenta and, while it's still warm, fill well-filled (soup) spoons into a refrigerated form
Make a depression in the middle forming a sort of basket shape
Divide the butter or margarine among the polenta pieces, placing them in the cavity
Cover with gorgonzola cheese pieces
Place in a preheated oven (200°C) for about 10 minutes
Serve the grated Parmesan cheese separately
Serves 4.
