Filling
Mix mozzarella cheese, cooked rice, and parsley, and place over the pastry

In a blender, blend heavy cream without the whip cream, plain yogurt, ricotta cheese, eggs, and mustard until smooth
Place over the filling, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and bake in a preheated oven at 400°F until golden brown
