After grilling the chicken, cook the rice in boiling water with a pinch of salt until it's just right
Drain the liquid
On the side, prepare a white sauce by melting the butter, adding flour and milk
Season with salt and a pinch of pepper, then add curry powder and mix well (if possible, blend in a blender) to create a smooth cream
Heat this sauce without letting it boil and pour it into a deep dish over the sliced chicken (or shredded)
Serve with rice on the side, garnished with fried banana slices.
