Cut the chicken into joints, season with salt, basil, and lemon broth, and add sliced onion
Heat butter and olive oil in a pan, then add the chicken and stir constantly
When the chicken starts to brown, add a good pinch of paprika and another of black pepper
When the chicken is golden, add finely chopped onion
When the onion is golden, add 4 tomatoes and bell pepper
After the tomatoes are cooked, add tomato paste
Stir everything well and let it simmer for a bit
Add beef broth, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is tender
Dissolve flour in heavy cream with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Add to the chicken and let it thicken
Serving with noodles or macaroni.
