Before seasoning, cut the beef into cubes and pass them lightly in boiling water to remove excess salt
Drain the water
Fry the beef in a little oil
After frying, bring it to a pilaf with a handful of flour
Knead thoroughly until the beef breaks down and the flour is well mixed
Put butter with chopped onion on fire
When hot, add the beef
Stir quickly to get a tasty crumb
When well fried, place slices of red onion and more butter
Serve pattycake with rice pudding, green beans with cheese, cassava and banana
If desired, as is tradition, serve with a piece of rapadura
