1/2 pound thinly sliced beef

3 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 cups thinly sliced onions

In a large bowl, mix together the cornstarch, soy sauce, wine, and cumin
Add the beef and stir until it's well coated with the marinade
Heat the oil in a medium pan over medium heat for 3 minutes
Cook the onion until softened
Remove the onion with a slotted spoon and then add the beef
Stir constantly until the beef is cooked to your liking
Add the onion back in and stir-fry.
