Cook the bacon cubes and set aside
Cook the rice and set it aside
Heat the olive oil in a pan, then add the onion to caramelize
Add the remaining ingredients and sauté for five minutes
Thereafter, combine the cooked rice and stir well
Pour chopped parsley on top as a garnish and serve.
