1/3 cup of finely chopped onion
1/3 cup of crumbled cooked bacon (70g)
1/3 cup of crispy cooked pancetta (70g)
1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon of crushed dried oregano
4 tomatoes, peeled and cut into pieces (500g)
Salt
500g of spaghetti
1 cup of grated pecorino or parmesan cheese

Melt the butter, onion, bacon, and pancetta in a pan over low heat for 15 minutes, until nicely browned
Add the black pepper, oregano, and tomatoes
Season with salt
Still on low heat, cover the pan and cook for another 15 minutes, until the sauce thickens
Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente
Drain, add the sauce, and serve hot
Sprinkle with grated cheese to taste
