Whisk all the ingredients in a blender and cook over low heat, stirring constantly to obtain a thick sauce
Cook the rigatone in boiling water and salt
Drain the filling with ricotta mixed with seasonings
Place them together in a refractory mold
Cover with White Sauce for Diet, sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of grated cheese and bake until golden brown
Serve in 5-6 portions.
