Fry the bacon until it's crispy
Grate the cheese, bacon, and onion using a food processor or finely chop them with a knife
Mix in the ketchup, oregano, black pepper, and salt
Cut the crust off the bread slices and toast both sides
Spread the mixture over the toasted bread and cut into 4 squares
Serve immediately
