1 envelope of unflavored gelatin
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 cup of boiling water
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon of paprika
3 cans of drained tuna
1 cup of heavy cream

Place the gelatin, lemon juice, onion, and boiling water in a blender
Blend at high speed until you get a smooth paste
Add the mayonnaise, paprika, and tuna
Blend again
Add the heavy cream three times, blending continuously each time
Pour into a small rectangular mold or a decorative one that's been greased, and refrigerate for at least a day
To unmold, dip the bottom and sides of the mold in warm water and then remove it
Garnish to taste and serve with crackers or savory biscuits
Yields 10 servings.
