2 large avocados

Lime juice to taste

Peel the avocado and remove the pit
Use a fork to mash the pulp in a bowl
Season with salt and add the chopped onion, garlic, Anaheim pepper, cilantro, and lime juice
Continue mashing until you achieve a coarse puree and all the flavors are well combined
Garnish with tomato, onion, and parsley
Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
