Temper the oysters with salt, black pepper and lemon juice
Coat them with biscuit flour
Dredge them in butter afterwards and place on the bottom half of the baguette
In the other half, place the finely chopped parsley
Serve the sandwich accompanied by lemon wedges to enhance the flavor of the oysters.
