700 g of potato

In a pot, boil the potato with skin in plenty of boiling water until it becomes soft
Remove from heat and drain
Let cool, then peel and pass through a ricer. Reserve
In a pan with olive oil, fry the garlic and onion for 2 minutes
Add the siri meat, parsley, red pepper sauce, and salt
Mix and sauté for 3 minutes
In the pot, off heat, add the potato and mix with a spoon
Remove portions of the dough with a tablespoon and shape into balls
Dip in egg and then in biscuit flour
Heat oil in a medium pan and fry the balls until lightly golden
Remove with a slotted spoon and let drain on paper towels
