2 egg yolks and whites separated
1/3 cup vegetable oil

Sift the flour into a bowl with the salt and pepper
Mix in the egg yolks with the ground corn
Add the sifted flour to the mixture
Mix well
Beat the egg whites until fluffy
Gently add the corn mixture to the beaten eggs
Heat the oil to a medium-high heat
Fry the corn mixture in spoonfuls
Leave it golden brown on both sides for about 5 minutes
