6 cups of ready-to-eat popcorn
1 cup of soy sauce (shoyu)
1/4 cup of water
1/4 cup of butter
1/4 cup of vinegar
1 tablespoon of pepper paste

In a medium skillet, add the soy sauce and butter
Heat over medium heat, stirring until the soy sauce caramelizes
Add the pepper paste and stir well, then add the water, vinegar, and butter
Cook at high heat for 13 minutes or until the glaze forms a firm ball (when you drizzle some of the hot mixture into cold water, it should form a firm ball)
Transfer the popcorn to a medium-sized bowl greased with butter and pour the glaze over it, stirring well
Let it cool and serve.
