4 red bell peppers
8 anchovy fillets in oil, drained
2 tablespoons chopped green onion
salt and black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon pimientos diced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons water
1 dash of paprika
1 hard-boiled egg

Place the peppers on top of the candle flame until they're black all over
Wash them thoroughly
Cut in half, remove the seeds
Remove any burnt black parts with a sharp knife
Cut the pepper into strips
Arrange the pepper strips in individual bowls
Top with anchovy fillets
Mix the remaining ingredients except for the egg
Distribute over the peppers
Chop the hard-boiled egg and sprinkle on top
Serve with fresh breadsticks
Serve 4 portions.
