1/2 can of tuna drained and flaked
1 head of lettuce cut in half
10g of shimeji mushrooms sliced
1/2 red bell pepper sliced
1/2 green bell pepper sliced
1/2 can of tuna drained and flaked
1 head of lettuce cut in half
10g of shimeji mushrooms sliced
1/2 red bell pepper sliced
1/2 green bell pepper sliced
Grill the tuna on a hot plate and reserve
Remove the core from the lettuce and place the tuna at the bottom
Place the mushroom slices over the tuna
Garnish with both types of peppers, cover with the top half of the lettuce, and serve.
