Return to low heat and cook without stopping until the dough separates from the bottom of the pot
Place the dough on a floured surface, let it cool, and knead
Filling: In a bowl, mix the ham, cream cheese, and onion
To assemble, take small balls of dough and fill them
Shape the fritters, dip in egg whites, and coat with chopped macaroni
Heat oil and fry the fritters
