1 cup well-crushed green olives, thoroughly washed and dried

2 soup spoons grated Parmesan cheese

In a food processor or blender, process the olives, nuts, garlic, and parsley until well combined
Without stopping the machine, slowly add the olive oil
Add the Parmesan cheese and process until smooth
Serve with crackers or savory biscuits.
