Place the bacon in a frying pan and cook over high heat, turning frequently until crispy
Remove from the frying pan and set aside

Add the coloring agent and oil to the frying pan and heat well
Reduce the heat to medium, add linguiça and fry until golden brown
Add cassava flour and fry for 2 minutes, stirring constantly
Remove from heat and process in a blender with the bacon and red pepper sauce

Mix well and serve.
