12 oz of tenderloin beef cut into small pieces

2 cloves of well-crushed garlic
3/4 cup finely chopped onion
to taste salt and black pepper
1 tablespoon of mustard
8 oz of butter

Thoroughly clean the meat
Fry the meat in oil or baste with melted butter until it browns evenly, Add the garlic and onion and fry for a few more minutes
Add a little water and let the meat cook until it becomes very tender, Season to taste with salt and black pepper
Let it cool down
Pass through a grinder
Add the mustard and butter, mix until you get a consistency suitable for spreading
Serve on toast or as "pheasant eye"
