Electric sugar
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1/3 cup of butter
1 kg of chuck steak cut into small pieces
4 cups of water
3 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
300 g of cabbage cut into small pieces or cubes
20 small onions, peeled
250 g of green beans cut into thin slices
Salt and black pepper to taste

Set the electric sugar to 200°C
Fry the garlic in butter until it starts to brown
Add the meat and cook, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes
Add 2 cups of water and cook with the sugar pot covered for 20 minutes
Add the remaining water and cook for another 20 minutes, or until the meat is tender
Add the potatoes, cabbage, onions, and green beans
Cook with the sugar pot covered until the vegetables are tender
Season to taste
If necessary, add more water so that the stew doesn't become too dry
