4 cups (chopped) of ready rice
2 eggs
1 tablespoon of wheat flour
1 tablespoon of butter
1 chopped onion
500g of moist meat
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 cup (chopped) of tomato sauce
1 cup (chopped) of cooked cabbage
Shredded cheese for dusting
4 cups (chopped) of ready rice
2 eggs
1 tablespoon of wheat flour
1 tablespoon of butter

1 cup (chopped) of tomato sauce
1 cup (chopped) of cooked cabbage

1 Mix the rice with the two beaten eggs and wheat flour until well combined
Line the bottom and sides of a greased baking dish, pressing the rice mixture into place
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes and reserve
2 Melt the butter and sauté the onion until soft
Add the moist meat and cook for three minutes
Season with salt and pepper
Add the tomato sauce and cabbage and cook until creamy
3 Pour the refried mixture into the rice mixture and dust with shredded cheese
Return to the oven to gratinate and serve immediately with green salad.
