In a medium bowl, mix well the rice, breadcrumbs, egg, butter, Parmesan cheese, parsley, and salt

In another bowl, mix the chicken breast flaked, onion chopped, oregano, paprika, and salt
Dip hands in oil, shape into balls with the rice mixture, fill with the chicken stuffing, and mold again into a ball
Dip in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil until golden.
