1/2 cup of cassava flour

Cook the beans without breaking the grain
Drain well in a colander
In the pan, place the oil and lightly fry the bacon
Add the seasoning and onion, stirring constantly
Fry the eggs separately, mixing them until they're flaky
Combine the eggs, beans, and herbs in the pan
Finally, add the cassava flour, stirring gently
Place in a serving dish, garnishing with fried onion rings and crispy tortillas on top
Serve with chopped cabbage and rice
