1 cup of frozen or canned green corn, drained
1/4 cup of butter
1 tablespoon of oil
1/2 teaspoon of chopped hot pepper
1 teaspoon of salt
600g of filet mignon
1 medium onion cut into thin slices
1 medium red bell pepper cut into thin slices
For sprinkling
1/2 teaspoon of chopped hot pepper

In a bowl, season the filet mignon with salt
Set aside
In a skillet, combine the butter and oil and heat over medium until the butter melts
Add the filet, onion, and bell pepper and cook for 5 minutes or until the bell pepper is tender
Transfer the onion and bell pepper to a bowl
Set aside
Fry the filet mignon for 20 minutes or until it's browned on all sides
Add the green corn, hot pepper, onion, and bell pepper and stir for 1 minute
Transfer to a baking dish, sprinkle with hot pepper, and serve immediately.
