2 soup spoons of duck liver pâté

Fry the slice of smoked ham in a pan until crispy
Remove from pan
Drizzle the turkey breast with the fat from the ham
Remove and spread the duck liver pâté over the turkey breast
Remove the seeds from the small ham, cut into fine slices
Place it on top of the pâté
Sprinkle with crumbled fried ham
Put in a hot oven and bake well
