1 kg of cooked ham
1 handful of fresh parsley (and onion)
1 pinch of salt
1 sprig of rosemary
1 egg yolk
1 recipe for puff pastry
a splash of red wine or Madeira

Heat the ham over low heat with the parsley, salt, rosemary and a little water
Cook until it's ready
Remove from the pan and roll it up in an open puff pastry sheet with a rectangular shape
Join the pastry edges under the ham, being careful to reserve a little bit of pastry for decorations
Place everything on a baking sheet and put it in the oven until the pastry is cooked and golden
Decorate with star and rose patterns made from puff pastry.
