Beforehand, prepare:

1 chopped onion
1 1/2 cups of Arborio or Carnaroli rice for risotto
1 cup of orange juice
1 cup of dry white wine
1 1/2 cups of fish broth
200g of garden peas tartlet, cut in half

Cut the cod into pieces
In a pan with butter, sauté the onion, add the rice and cook for 1 minute
Add the cod and mix

Add the orange juice and wine
Cook until all the liquid evaporates

Add half a cup of fish broth
As the rice dries out, add the remaining broth, little by little
Cook until the rice is tender
When the rice is almost done, add the peas to cook, but not become mushy
Season with salt and black pepper
