Cut the bacon into cubes of 1 cm
Fry the bacon cubes in a large pot until they are transparent, stirring occasionally
Remove the bacon, drain the fat, and return the fat to the pot
Add the onion and beef cubes and cook until the onion is golden brown
Add the paprika, sweet paprika, and marjoram
Cook for 2 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly
Add the water, cover, and cook until the beef is tender
Add the tomato, red wine, salt, and black pepper, and stir well
Allow to boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for an additional 25 minutes
Add the potatoes and sausage to the pot with the stew
Cook until the potato is tender
Mix the water with the flour and stir well to prevent lumps
Lentily pour this mixture into the hot stew, stirring constantly and continue cooking over low heat, stirring constantly, until the stew thickens
If desired, add more red wine and season with salt and black pepper to taste
Cook for an additional 5 minutes and serve hot.
