2 tablespoons English sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon red pepper sauce

Make the pancakes according to the basic recipe
Prepare the filling: sauté the garlic and onion in butter over low heat until golden
Remove from heat, add prosciutto, parsley, and mustard
Season well and mix thoroughly
Stuff the pancakes and reserve
Prepare the sauce: mix all ingredients and bring to a simmer, stirring constantly until slightly thickened
Place the sauce over the pancakes and bake in the oven until warmed through
