Clean, cook, and chop the shrimp
Mix it with tomatoes, eggs, black olives, and green onions
Season with salt and pepper
To make the seasoning, mix yogurt and ketchup
Mix 2 tablespoons of the seasoning with the shrimp
Place the filling on the omelette wraps and fold in half
Arrange in individual plates or a serving dish
Drizzle the remaining sauce over the top and garnish to taste
Serve 10 units.
