2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon

Whisk together the flour, sugar, and yeast
Melt the butter or margarine with 2 tablespoons of milk
Add the remaining milk and mix until a dough forms
Knead the dough for 1/2 minute
Roll out the dough into a rectangle, approximately 44 cm x 30 cm, and 1/2 cm thick
Dip a brush in melted butter or margarine and spread it evenly over the dough
Mix together the sugar and cinnamon
Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the dough
Cut the dough into 8 strips, each approximately 30 cm x 5 cm
Place 4 strips on top of each other and cut each stack into 6 pieces, each approximately 5 cm long
Grease mini muffin tin cups with butter or margarine
Place each piece of dough in a cup
Bake at 225°C for 10-12 minutes.
