500 g of beef cut into small pieces
seasoned flour mixed with salt, pepper, and paprika
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 green bell pepper cut into strips
1 medium onion cut in half and sliced
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup of water
For the marinade
1/4 cup of lemon juice or vinegar
2 tablespoons of olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon of mustard

Mix all ingredients for the marinade in a glass bowl
Combine beef pieces with the marinade and let it sit, covered, for several hours or overnight
Remove from the marinade, pat dry well, and coat with seasoned flour
Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan and fry the beef until golden brown
Remove and reserve
In the same pan, add the bell pepper and onion and more olive oil if needed, then sauté lightly
Add Worcestershire sauce and water, stir to combine, and let it thicken slightly
Season to taste, add the beef back in, and warm through
