Slice the linguiça
In a small non-stick skillet, heat the oil and cook the linguiça until golden brown
Remove from the skillet and reserve
Beat the eggs, wheat flour, and season with salt, black pepper, and chopped onion
In the same skillet, place half of the egg mixture, cover, and cook over low heat for two minutes
Add the linguiça, pour in the remaining egg mixture, and let cook for five minutes or until the edges start to brown
Flip the omelet and let it golden brown
Serve immediately
