1 diced onion
1 minced garlic
2 tablespoons of butter
1 kg of peeled and seeded tomato, diced
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda

1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
1 package of pre-cooked lasagna noodles
500 g of shredded cooked chicken
250 g of mozzarella cheese slices
Grated Parmesan cheese for serving

Preheat the oven to 350°F
Sauté the onion and garlic in butter until softened
Add the tomato and cook for 20 minutes over low heat
Add baking soda, salt, pepper, and parsley to taste
In a greased baking dish, create layers of tomato sauce, lasagna noodles, chicken, mozzarella cheese, and repeat
Finish with a layer of mozzarella cheese and bake for approximately 15 minutes or until bubbly
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and serve immediately
