Wash and season the chicken
In a pressure cooker, caramelize the onion in olive oil
Add the chicken broths, tomatoes, and salt
Then, cook the chicken in the pressure cooker for 20 minutes
After that, deglaze and reserve the broth
In a blender, beat the eggs, broth, and flour
Heat it up in a pan until it thickens
Add the chicken, prosciutto, and mozzarella
Place it in a ceramic dish, spread cream cheese on top, and cover with potatoes
Bake it in the oven for 10 minutes.
