2 pre-made pizza crusts (280 g) or 1 basic dough recipe (see page 35)
For the topping
2 cans of tuna in oil (340 g)
2 medium-sized onions (200 g), thinly sliced
1/2 cup of green olives, cut in half (60 g)
3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil

For the topping

Preheat the oven to 400°F (hot)
Prepare the topping: spread the tuna, onion, olives, and egg on the pizza crusts
Drizzle with olive oil
Bake in a preheated oven until golden brown (about 15 minutes)
Serve immediately
